Sloomoo Institute provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

When will my first order ship?
We'll ship your first box within 5-7 business days of your order being placed! If you subscribe any point within the month of December, your first box would be a December box!

What about my 2nd box?
We will automatically skip the following month to avoid charging you twice within 30 days. If you subscribe and receive your first box in December, we’ll skip January and send you your 2nd box in February.

What if I want my 2nd box sooner?
If you’d rather not skip the following month, please adjust your next charge date to the first of that month.

What about additional items in the cart?
Additional items will be sent when we mail your subscription box. If you want to receive things earlier, we recommend placing a separate order.

When will I be charged for my subscription box?
For your initial purchase, the date purchased. For all following months, you will be charged on the 1st of each month.

Each box is a surprise; we don’t release the items in advance in order to keep you excited for what you’ll receive, like a present. Each month will have a fresh theme and will be completely new, original, and adorable! Please contact orders@sloomooinstitute.com if you have any further questions.
