Subscription Terms & Conditions

Sloomoo Institute provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.

 
You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
 

When will my first order ship?

All orders will ship during the 1st of the following month. If you order anytime between the 2nd of 31st of the month, your first box will ship on the 1st of the following month.

What about my 2nd box?

All future orders will ship on the 1st of the month after that.

What about additional items in the cart?

Additional items will be sent when we mail your subscription box. If you want to receive things earlier, we recommend placing a separate order.

When will I be charged for my subscription box?

For your initial purchase, the date purchased. For all following months, you will be charged on the 1st of each month.

Each box is a surprise; we don’t release the items in advance in order to keep you excited for what you’ll receive, like a present. Each month will have a fresh theme and will be completely new, original, and adorable!
