General FAQs

A: There are a few ways to do birthdays. You may purchase tickets and visit as a group or book one of our packages, which includes a private party room. The General Admission ticket price varies by day, time, and location. Party room packages include the following: 

  • Slimetender Concierge(s) to assist you with party needs (staffing costs vary based on the location).
  • Party room access (room fees vary by day, location, and time).
  • Catering is available.  We offer multiple options (pricing varies based on menus); guests are also able to handle their own catering needs.

A: Minimum guest count is 10 people (you may also book if your party is smaller, but the price remains at the minimum).

A:  The party room can hold up to 30 people.  Please click on the brochure for details.

A: There will not be a charge for guests less than 2 years old.

A: Every guest over 2 will be included in the head count and will require a ticket (however, if guests are under 2 years-old, they will not require a ticket, but will be considered part of the party room head count).

A: Sloomoo offers colorful plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. If you want additional décor (tablecloths, balloons, etc.), you are more than welcome to bring your own, but we do not allow adhesives on the walls.  There is an additional fee for installation, break down, and clean up of additional décor.

A: On average, our parties run from 90 minutes to 3 hours, based on the package.

A: Typically, time slots run on the hour, but we may be flexible based on your needs.

A: The party room needs to be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.

A: On site tours are based on room availability. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

A: We offer a 10% group discount on general admission groups of 10 or more. All guests above the age of 2 will be included in the total head count for charging purposes and will automatically be applied at checkout. Note: This does not apply to events or the party room.

A: Yes, if you book a private room or a guided tour (you are able to have a guided tour without a party room). Our party room packages include a dedicated Slimetender (the number of hosts is based on the party guest count). Slimetender(s) also assist with any needs you may have before your party or as you are exiting the private room. We recommend that you have at least 1 adult for every 5 children while in the experience.

A: You may leave your belongings in the party room through the duration of your event, however, we do not have additional storage space outside of the private rooms.

Pricing, Payment and Cancellation

A:  There is a non-refundable 50% deposit.

A: 

  • For cancellations 50 calendar days or more prior to the date of the event, the 50% deposit may be applied to a new event scheduled within a six (6) month window.
  • For cancellations within 30 calendar days of the event will result in the forfeit of 100% of the total estimated costs of your agreement.
  • Rescheduling of the event requires 2 weeks advance notice.

A: All applicable state, city and local taxes will be applied to all party bookings along with an admin fee. Parties that go over their allotted time will be charged an additional $500 per hour. There will also be a cleaning fee of $500 if the room is left unkempt (items must be thrown in trash receptacles).

A: We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Food and Beverages

A: Yes. We allow outside food and beverages in the party room (not in the main experience unless you do a complete buy-out); we have a preferred vendor list to assist with catering options. Please contact us for more details.

A: We do not offer a cake-cutting service; we supply knives to cut the cake.

A: No.

A: We are able to accommodate special dietary needs through our preferred vendors if we are handling catering with our partners. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know.

Decor and Customization

A:  If you would like to bring additional décor (tablecloths, balloons, etc.), you may set it up 30 minutes before your event starts, but we do not allow any adhesives on the party room walls.  You will be responsible for removing additional décor at the end of your event. If you want to schedule this set up, please discuss with our events team to ensure the space will be available early.

Entertainment and Activities

A: The party room is set for you to enjoy food, cake, gifts, and private time. The room generally does not include any activities unless you bring them or pre-plan them with us.

A: Guests create a dreamy slime at our DIY Slime Bar in the experience. You may enhance your party with an Elmer’s slime making class (from scratch) or other activities for an additional fee. See our brochure for details.

A: Sloomoo staff is there to make sure the space is upkept and the experience runs smoothly. Activities that are through Sloomoo will be run by us, however our staff cannot assist in activities you bring from home.

A: Yes! Please confirm any entertainment or vendors before hiring them so we can approve them.

Logistics and Amenities

A: You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your party starts to get the space ready.

A: While we don’t offer on-site parking, we recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation's leading parking reservations app. Receive a 50% off discount when you drive-up and reserve your parking spot.

A: Yes restrooms are near the party room.

A: Each party room has colorful tables, chairs, and decorations.

Health and Safety

A: We have handwashing stations in our experience and alcohol wipes throughout. We also change our slime all the time in order to keep it clean for everyone. 

P.S.- Did you know that Sloomoo slime is also made with an anti-bacterial?

A: Our slime is nut-free and gluten-free. Some of our slime pigments contain makeup grade mica.

Additional Policies

A: An additional $500 hourly fee for time extension applies and depends on availability.

A: Yes, guests can extend the time of the party, depending on room availability. There is an additional charge of $500 per hour.

A: All children under 14 must be supervised by an adult while in the experience. Sloomoo does not chaperone and we require 1 adult per every 5-9 kids.
