The Director of Operations will oversee all operations of their location. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic and daily operations of the Sloomoo Institute leading a staff of 40+ on a daily basis to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and at the same time you will be manufacturing thousands of tons of slime every year. You will lead the daily operation and management of Sloomoo Institute, creating an inclusive culture and a warm welcome for our guests, volunteers, and staff.

The Director of Operations will be confident in managing people, projects and budgets, and will know when to delegate and when to take ownership. They will bring a positive and empowering attitude to the team, and their motivating approach will ensure delivery to a high standard across the site. The role of Facilities Supervisor is critical to the success of Sloomoo. The Facilities Supervisor will work under the direction of the Experience Manager and in collaboration with the Production Manager and assist with the physical upkeep and maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate is a highly capable and dedicated team member who is able to fulfill basic building and attraction maintenance work as well as maintain the cleanliness of upkeep of the facility. This is an individual who takes pride in their work.

The Slimetender is the most critical role to the venue and plays a leading role in the daily operation and management of Sloomoo Institute creating an inclusive culture and a warm welcome for our guests, volunteers and team members. As a slimetender you will be trained on multiple stations and will “own” each station as necessary. You will bring a positive and empowering attitude to the team, and your motivating approach will ensure delivery to a high standard across the site. Clay Artist (Part-Time)

Our clay artists are the creative behind our Sloomoo Slime Magic. In addition to assisting in the creation, packing and processing of our over 50 unique and craft slimes, our artists will focus on the design and delivery of the intricate clay designs that accompany some of our products (Check some of them out at SloomooInstitute.com!) Quality, consistency and timeliness are key performance indicators in clay artistry at Sloomoo, as you may be challenged to make 25-100 clay toppers each day, and we want to make sure the last clay piece is just as perfect as the first!

Our Slime Mixologists play an important role in our Slime Kitchen, as they are the creators and keepers of all of our slime base mixing recipes. We use industry-grade kitchen tools to produce upwards of 50-100 gallons of slime per day, including varieties of textures, colors, scents, and more. Attention to detail is vital, as is the ability to follow a recipe, and continually quality check your final product. Most importantly - have fun! This role is responsible for creating a product that positively impacts hundreds of children and families per day, so take pride and passion in your role!
