We talked to Jessica Edwards from NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness), one of our charity partners, to get some insights and tips on how to handle the quarantine from a mental health perspective.

These are trying times. No one knows what to do or how to handle because we’ve never dealt with anything like this.

It’s important to stay connected to friends in any way you can - Skype, FaceTime, Zoom meetings.

We send love to everyone and trust in the world to come back.

In the meantime, here is what Jessica had to say.

We know how stressful these times can be. Earlier in February we partnered with NAMI and released a guided meditation with slime. We hope it brings you stress relief and moments of peace in a tumultuous time. Stay calm, stay centered, stay healthy.
