March: Delightful Trifle Butter Slime
Get ready for Delightful Trifle, a sweet and soft butter slime, giving the the spirit of dessert with a chocolate mousse scent and layers of #satisfying in a cup! It’s a two-step process - first you make the base slime and then you add the clay decor!

Please gather:
- x1 4oz Elmer’s School Glue
- x1 Chocolate Mousse Scent
- Activator Spray Bottle
- Mixing Bowl
- Spoon or Spatula
- Lotion (Any kind, unscented)
- Teaspoon Measuring Spoon
Step 1: Grab a mixing bowl, spoon or spatula, activator, and a teaspoon measuring spoon.
Step 2: Empty the entire bottle of school glue into the mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add 2-3 drops of the Chocolate Mousse scent (optional).
Step 4: Stir everything together until it is evenly combined. Give it a good 30+ seconds of mixing before moving on to the next step.
Step 5: Slowly add 3 teaspoons of the provided activator to the glue mixture, one teaspoon at a time (Do not add more until each teaspoon is completely mixed with the glue); mix thoroughly until the liquid is completely gone.
Step 6: Once the slime starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl, grab it with your hands (use the slime to clean the rest of the bowl). Then start to stretch it. If you hear a crackling sound, don’t worry! It’s just activator combining with the slime. If it feels like strands of hair, that’s also just activator and you need to break it up. It takes time and patience.
Step 7: After you’ve pushed, pulled, and swirled your slime for a few minutes, it should feel like a good base! If you feel strands of activator, keep kneading and massaging it in.
Step 8: Now it’s time to assemble your delightful trifle! Leave your finished slime in the bowl in the meantime.
Delightful Trifle: Assembly
Please gather:
- x1 Pack of Brown Clay
- x1 1oz jar of White Clay
- Charm & Sprinkle Pack
- x1 Cup & Lid with Heart Stopper and Blank Side Label
Step 1: Take a small piece of the brown clay and press it into the bottom of your cup. This is the first layer of your trifle.
Step 2: Take about 1/3 of the slime and layer it on top of the clay.
Step 3: Take another small piece of the brown clay layer it on top of the slime.
Step 4: Take another 1/3 of the slime and layer it on top of the clay.
Step 5: Take another small piece of the brown clay layer it on top of the slime. This is the final layer.
Step 6: Take the white clay and swirl it around until it looks like “whipped cream.” Place this on top of the brown layer of your trifle.
Step 7: Decorate to your heart’s content with the sprinkles and charms!
Step 8: Enjoy your delightful trifle slime! Mix it all together to create a smooth and soft butter slime.
Step 9: Don’t forget to name your slime! You can write it on the blank label on the side of the cup.
Step 10: Store your slime in the cup with the lid tightly closed. Always keep your slime in the air-tight container we’ve provided so it lasts longer. You may need to re-activate slime as it will melt over time. All slimes do!
