June: Proof's Perfect Potion Jelly Slime

Please Gather:

  • 5 oz Elmer’s clear glue
  • Purple watercolor
  • Grape scent
  • Snowonder packet
  • Empty 8 oz jar with a blank label
  • 1 oz Slime slip
  • Proof charm & sprinkle pack
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon Or Spatula
  • Teaspoon Measuring Spoon
  • Activator bottles

Step 1: Grab a mixing bowl, spoon or spatula, Slime Slip, a teaspoon measuring spoon, and the provided activator.

Step 2: Empty the entire bottle of Elmer’s clear glue into your empty bowl.

Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of Slime Slip.

Step 4: (Optional) Add 2-3 drops of the grape scent

Step 5: Add a few drops of the violet watercolor. The more you add, the darker the slime will be.

Step 6: Stir together.

Step 7: Add 1/2 teaspoon of the SnoWonder powder

Step 8: Mix THOROUGHLY! It’s important that you mix until the snow is evenly blended into the slime.

Step 9: Add 1 teaspoon of activator.

Step 10: Mix THOROUGHLY!

Step 11: Add another teaspoon of activator and mix again! At this point, the slime may look stringy and/or clumpy. That's okay! Trust the process and keep stirring as vigorously as possible. It may feel like it takes a while to fully incorporate, just stick with it!

Step 12: Add a third teaspoon of activator and mix thoroughly.

Step 13: Use 1 finger to test the slime and see if it is sticky.

Step 14: If it sticks to you, add another 1/2 teaspoon of activator.

Step 15: Mix again.

Step 16: Continue adding until the slime is no longer sticky. Now you have jelly slime! It should be holdable, gummy, and thick. Note: if your slime feels hard at this point, add Slime Slip one drop at a time. Mix thoroughly between drops, you may only need one! (Only do this if it's hard)

Step 17: Decorate to your heart’s content with the Proof charm and sprinkles!

Step 18: Don’t forget to name your slime! Write your slime’s name on the blank label on the side of your slime jar.

Step 19: Store your slime in the provided 8 oz jar. Always keep your slime in an airtight container when you’re not playing with it to prevent it from drying out so that it lasts as long as possible.

Enjoy!

xoxo
